Take Exit 36 (Route 106, New Canaan/Stamford). At traffic light at end of ramp, turn left. At light, turn left onto Jelliff Mill Road. Stay on Jelliff Mill Road to the end. Take right onto Ponus Ridge. Take fourth right onto Frogtown Road. Main entrance to Horizons (New Canaan Country School) is immediately on left. From I-95: Take Exit 15 (Route 7, North) to Exit 3 (Merritt Parkway, Route 15, South to New York City). Follow directions above. From Stamford: Start out going North on Hope Street towards Springdale. After approximately 4 miles, Hope Street becomes Ponus Ridge. Follow Ponus Ridge for one more mile.
