Horizons was founded in 1964 as a multi-faceted summer enrichment program for 20 children from low-income families in Fairfield County, Connecticut. During the past 42 years, the Horizons Program has steadily grown; today, it provides year-round programming to over 350 students in grades K through 12 from Stamford, Norwalk and surrounding communities.
