Horizons National
In 1995, the founding Horizons program at New Canaan received a grant to replicate the program in other states and subsequently opened two new Affiliates. Two years later, Horizons National was created as a 501(c)(3) organization designed to guide and support existing Affiliates while initiating and overseeing national expansion. Currently, 13 vibrant Horizons Affiliates serve students living in urban, suburban and rural communities in nine states.
