Whitney joined the Horizons team in January of 2017 as a part-time grant writer. Prior to joining Horizons, Whitney worked in integrated marketing at the Meredith Corporation in New York. As the Development and Communications Manager, Whitney works in partnership with the Executive Director, Office and Development Manager and the Development Committee of the Board to implement a successful development and communications plan that increases the visibility of the work of the organization. Whitney has her BA from Colby College. Whitney has two children and a puppy who keep her busy and her favorite part of her job is sharing the joy that Horizons brings to so many students.
