Youth Employment Opportunities

In order to foster community, Horizons at NCCS arranges volunteer opportunities to bring students together throughout the school year. Involvement in the Horizons high school program can lead to employment opportunities for our students. Many alumni come back as employees and return to the program as Teaching Assistants, Administrative Interns, and even Lead Teachers during the summer program. Horizons is proud to say that almost half of our summer program Teaching Assistants are Horizons alums! We also have opportunities for our older high school students to work as assistants during the Horizons winter program in January.
