Post-Secondary Support

Horizons at NCCS has introduced a College Transition Team to support our college students successfully negotiate that transition. The optional program is run by post-secondary retention specialists who cover topics such as financial aid, scholarships, social emotional support, living with a roommate, career choices, resume building, interview skills, transferring from a two-year to four-year colleges/universities and choosing a major.
