Whitney supports Horizons' development and fundraising initiatives through corporate and foundation grant writing, events, stewardship, cultivation, corporate sponsorships, and partnerships. She also manages marketing and communication efforts, including public relations and social media, to enhance the visibility of Horizons among all constituents.

As the Office and Development Manager, Ginny handles the office and program logistics, Board communication and development responsibilities, including, but not limited to, managing the donor database and gift acknowledgements, running reports and reconciling revenue with the business office.

As the Education and Engagement Manager, Jaclyn partners with the Director of Student and Family Programs to implement all programming. While this role directly supports all K-12 initiatives, Jaclyn has a special lens towards grades K-5.

As the Director of Community Connection and Social Work, Kay is responsible for supporting the social-emotional growth and wellbeing of students and families through individual and group counseling, and for developing robust community connections that support recruitment, organizational partnerships, and collaboration resulting in better outcomes for children.
