As Executive Director, Nancy is responsible for both leading the day to day operations, as well as setting the strategic vision and priorities for the program.

Family & Program Director

Nehemie is our Family & Program Director, she is responsible for developing and managing the social-emotional and enrichment programming elements, as well as family partnerships for our six-week Summer Program, as well as our K-12 School Year Program.


Claire Harding »

Academic Director

Claire is responsible for developing and managing the academic and curricular elements of our six-week Summer Program, as well as our K-12 School Year Program.


Ginny Pracilio »

Office Manager, Development & Faculty Coordinator

As Office Manager, Development & Faculty Coordinator, Ginny manages our donor database and website. She also serves as the primary office liaison for all vendor relations.


Tatiana Mendoza »

Family & Program Assistant & Marketing Coordinator

Tatiana manages our student database and coordinates communication to our Horizons families. She also supports our Program Directors and designs our marketing materials.


Whitney Mallozzi »

Development & Communications Coordinator

Whitney is responsible for preparing grant applications and donor reports as well as managing Horizons at NCCS communication and marketing platforms.
